Pet of the Week

KeeKee likes to sit and watch the world go by. A tad bit aloof at first, this 2-year-old girl soon warms up and really loves a bit of gentle attention. Not one to put on airs or blow her own horn, this drop-dead gorgeous calico would be the purrrrfect compliment to your couch and home.

To adopt a pet, call or stop by the animal shelter across from Public Works off the Sterling Highway. The shelter is open Tuesday through Saturday, noon-5 p.m. Call 235-3141 for information.
