Patrick F. Schilling, 22, driving while license suspended, charge dismissed.

Bryan L. Jennings, 51, fourth-degree assault, interfering with a report of domestic violence, charges dismissed.

Lazar A. Polushkin, 21, pleaded guilty to making a false report. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and placed on probation for one year.
