Pier One produces first-class drama

Pier One has done it again with a timely story: "We Won't Pay! We Won't Pay!" Hilarious laughter from the first line, funny because of the sobering insights into human nature when the economy collapses. Starving, freezing people, including cops and the most ethical and rigidly law-abiding, become creative thieves, caught up into an imaginative whirl of creative despair until the sobering and thought-provoking end. More than slapstick, this is first class drama in real life; one not to be missed.
