School board meets in Homer

The Kenai Peninsula Borough school board is scheduled to meet at Homer High School Sept. 13. The day's agenda includes board work sessions beginning at 1 p.m. The evening regular meeting begins at 7 p.m. in the Mariner Theatre.

Reports during the meeting will be given by Pete Swanson, principal of McNeil Canyon Elementary School, and Andy Rothenberger, principal of Kachemak Selo School. Copies of agenda items are available at the meeting and on the district's website, www.kpbsd.k12.ak.us.
