Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Sept. 3:

Judgments

Kirsten L. Halpin, 21, minor consuming alcohol and minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol, charges dismissed.

Dimitry F. Kuzmin, 31, third-degree attempted criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass, charges dismissed. He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. Imposition of sentence was suspended and he was put on probation for one year subject to the condition that he complete 16 hours of community work service.

Sandra Nelson, 56, pleaded guilty to violating custodial duties. Imposition of sentence was suspended and she was put on probation for one year subject to the condition that she complete 24 hours of community work service.

Deodor D. Martusheff, 18, pleaded guilty to minor consuming alcohol. He was fined $600 with $400 suspended, with the option of satisfying fine through community work service at the rate of $6.25 an hour. He was ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program.

Alexe A. Flyum, 30, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. She was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, , had her driver's license revoked for 90 days and placed on probation for one year.

Matthew P. Ostrander, 29, driving under the influence, refusal to submit to a chemical test, felony indictment.
