If you’d like to adopt a pet, call or stop by the Animal Shelter across from Public Works off the Sterling Highway.
The shelter is open Tuesday-Saturday, noon to 5 p.m. Call 235-3141 for more information.
Calm and sweet, Shadow would like a more substantial life than hanging out with the other shelter dogs — like people, kind words and a friendly floor to nap on.
