Police at 1:23 p.m. received several 911 calls of a station wagon in the ditch on Ocean Drive.
A woman at 4:05 p.m. reported fireworks were set off at a Sterling Highway address.
A caller at 11:55 p.m. reported a drunk man causing a disturbance at Pioneer Avenue business who refused to leave.

Police at 12:32 a.m. assisted Alaska State Troopers with a driving under the influence arrest.
A caller at 12:35 p.m. reported a laptop computer stolen from a Bartlett Street business.
A caller at 1:52 p.m. reported a man stole a blanket and ran down Main Street.
A caller at 7:24 p.m. reported a man drove a green all-terrain vehicle on the East End Road bike path.

A caller at 10:42 a.m. reported seeing a man suspected of having an outstanding warrant at the airport. Police arrested a 43-year-old man for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving while license cancelled.
A man at 10:55 a.m. reported fraudulent charges on his credit card.
A woman at 12:06 p.m. reported a suspected identity theft. She said when she signed up for new phone service she was told there was already an account in her name.
A man at 4:24 p.m. reported a driver in a red Toyota pickup spinning brodies in newly seeded grass on Hillside Place.
A woman at 4:53 p.m. reported her house sitter threatened to remove the caller’s belongings from her home.
A woman at 5:20 p.m. reported a small black Labrador dog got into her chicken coop on Mt. Augustine Drive.
A woman at 6:22 p.m. reported a driver in a Chevrolet pickup stuck at the end of West Fairview Avenue who tore up the road trying to get out.
A caller at 7:59 p.m. reported a black bear washed up on the beach behind the Cannery Row boardwalk. Police notified an Alaska Bureau of Wildlife Enforcement trooper.
A caller at 9:51 p.m. made a 911 call reporting a very drunk woman on Ocean Drive.
Sept. 10
A caller at 1:16 a.m. reported a loud party on Main Street. The party was quiet when police arrived.
Police at 4:59 p.m. contacted two men trying to launch a canoe into Kachemak Bay. Police warned the men to wear personal flotation devices and said they would impound the canoe if they went in the water.
A woman at 7:26 p.m. reported a family disturbance in the Kramer Lane area.
Sept. 11
A man at 11:13 a.m. reported the unattended death of a woman.
A Transportation Security Agency agent at 3:02 p.m. reported finding explosives in a passenger’s luggage while being screened at the airport. The TSA agent confiscated six seal bombs a passenger said he forgot was in the luggage.
A man at 3:02 p.m. reported a cat left in the back of the Animal Control Officer’s truck.
Sept. 12
A woman at 1:10 a.m. reported a man stole a sleeping bag on the Spit.
A caller at 8:36 a.m. reported having problems getting a drunk man to leave a Sterling Highway business. The man eventually left, but the caller asked police to talk to the man.
A caller at 9:10 a.m. reported a woman at a Lake Street address known to have a warrant. Police arrested a 56-year-old woman on a $1,000 warrant for failure to appear in court.
A woman at 2:40 p.m. reported items stolen from her vehicle parked on Fairview Avenue.
