Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Sept. 9:

Judgments

Vincent S. Howard, 44, driving under the influence, first-degree endangering the welfare of a child, charges dismissed.

Nathaniel D. Cook, 24, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days, and placed on probation for one year. Jail time may be satisfied by performing 80 hours of community work service. He also pleaded guilty to failure to appear in court and was fined $100.

Matthew Janusiweicz, 56, pleaded guilty to DLWR. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days, and placed on probation for one year. Jail time may be satisfied by performing 80 hours of community work service.

Nancie Esteban, 23, pleaded guilty to driving in violation of instructional permit. She was fined $300 and ordered to pay $50.

Chuy Vong, 37, pleaded no contest to fifth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and placed on probation for one year. Jail time may be satisfied by performing 40 hours of community work service.

Cases filed in Criminal Court

Thomas J. Barclay, 40, DUI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, second-degree assault, third-degree assault, four counts, failing to render assistance to an injured person after an accident, felony indictment.

Robert A. Carr, 17, DUI, minor consuming alcohol, minor operating after consuming alcohol.

Adam F.S. Schacht, 28, fourth-degree assault.

Terence L. Durecki, 41, Ninilchik, DUI, driving while license revoked.

Dean R. Jackson, 40, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Cases filed in Civil Court

Roxanna Porter v. Martin Pettingill, domestic violence restraining order granted.

Steffanie Acuna v. Curtis Moses, domestic violence restraining order granted.

Michael Warburton v. Deanne Warburton, domestic violence restraining order granted.

Anne Morrison v. Ronnie Morrison, domestic violence restraining order granted.

Cora Small v. David Hoversten, domestic violence restraining order granted.
