Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Sept. 23:

Judgments

Christine Spouse, 26, charge dismissed, no motor vehicle liability insurance.

Thomas W. Scofic Jr., 54, pleaded guilty to third-degree theft. He was sentenced to 120 days in jail with 75 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge; ordered to get a mental health evaluation, not possess or consume alcohol, and not to contact his victim; and was placed on probation for two years.

Sarah J. Manalisay, 26, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Criminal Court

George C. McAnelly, 29, Anchor Point, driving while license revoked.

Jay R. Graham, 55, second-degree theft, felony indictment.

Kimberly B. Cissney, 31, motor vehicle liability insurance required.

Dimitri N. Afonin, 37, second-degree theft, second-degree theft by receiving, both felonies.

Hilary L. Brant, 37, driving under the influence.

Diana L. Frank, 71, Anchor Point, disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal trespass.

Travis A. Norbek, 42, taking an undersized moose.

Collin M. Reutov, 17, Wasilla, DUI, minor consuming alcohol, minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol.

Dimitri N. Afonin, 37, violating a protective order.

Thomas Norris, 48, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

David L. Frost, 20, failure to appear.

Barry T. Gostin Jr., 32, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Jason S. Bills, third-degree misconduct involving weapons, four counts; fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance; fifth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance; second-degree misconduct involving weapons, eight counts.

Civil Court

In the matter of John Einfeldt Jr. and Audrey Einfeldt, dissolution of marriage.

Deva S. Farmer v. Michael L. Farmer Jr., divorce.

Donn P. Katterman v. Steven Geczy et al., other civil matter.

Carol Broadbent v. Orson L. Broadbent, divorce.
