Minneapolis dancer Emily Johnson presents "The Thank You Bar," a dance and theater performance piece, at 8 p.m. Oct. 16 and Oct. 17 at Bunnell Street Arts Center. Musicians Joel Pickard and James Everest of Blackfish also perform. Of Yup'ik descent, Johnson grew up in Soldotna and is the granddaughter of the owner of the Que-Ana Bar in Clam Gulch. Fiber artist Kari Multz also did part of the costume design. Tickets are $15 at Bunnell. Jazzline dance is the next weekend, and tickets for both events are $20. Call 235-2662 for more information.
