Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Sept. 25:

Judgments

Dean R. Jackson, 41, fourth-degree assault, charge dismissed.

Aylee Fogel, 37, fourth-degree assault, charge dismissed.

Paul E. Holmberg, 51, Palmer, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days, ordered to install an ignition interlock device and placed on probation for one year.

Marshall D. Parke, 31, unlawful possession, charge dismissed. He pleaded guilty to third-degree theft. Imposition of sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation subject to the conditions that he pay $100 to support the Police Training Fund, a $200 jail surcharge, serve 30 days of "shock time" in jail, pay restitution to his victim, obtain a GED or high school diploma, and not have contact with Randall Hines, Jessica Swisher or Travis Scott.

Cases filed in Criminal Court

Joseph V. Serebrekoff, 18, Plamondon, Alberta, Canada, first-degree assault, two counts of third-degree assault, two counts of first-degree vehicle theft, all felonies; driving under the influence, reckless driving, minor consuming alcohol.

Nicholas P. Pelaia, 34, driving while license suspended, motor vehicle liability insurance required.

Jimmie L. Payton Jr., 22, Seldovia, furnishing alcohol to persons under age 21, contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Harry A. Olson, 60, DUI,

Shane W. Randall, 25, violating condition of release.

Christopher F. McCann, 26, third-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Cody M. Brown, 20, MCA, habitual offender.
