On Sept. 2, we celebrated our marriage, along with our family and friends, at the Driftwood Inn Lodge. It was an absolutely unforgettable day, thanks to the love, time and energy spent by many. We would like to thank Mom and Pop for their generosity and sense of humor; Paula Setterquist for being the most fantastic emcee ever; Bobby Paulino for her creative genius; Luann Gunderson for her flower masterpieces; Judy Winn for the awesome arch; Nora Anderson and the Homer American Legion for their cache of party tools; Two Sister’s Bakery, Panarelli’s Deli and Josiah for their marvelous munchies; Diana at Fritz Creek Pizza for her luscious cakes; Don Pitcher for his stunning photography; Rani at Twin Rivers Liquor Store for all her expertise on party beverages (Homer style); Alisha Chappell for her decorating skills; Kelly Glidden and Icicle Seafoods for their perfect ice; and Pat Matthews for so sweetly offering her garden’s beautiful bounty for decorations. These amazing people, along with many others, are the reason we chose to celebrate in Homer. Thank you for making our wedding so special.
