Jennifer Reiser, 26, pleaded guilty at her arraignment to resisting arrest. She was fined $500 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended, with the option of performing 40 hours of community work service in lieu of jail; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, and placed on probation for one year. Nicholas Pelaia, 34, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 25 days suspended, with the option of performing 40 hours of community work service in lieu of jail; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, ordered to pay restitution, and placed on probation for one year.
