Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Oct. 2:

Judgements

Stacey Ann Anderson, 33, fourth-degree assault, charge dismissed.

Jennifer Reiser, 26, pleaded guilty at her arraignment to resisting arrest. She was fined $500 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended, with the option of performing 40 hours of community work service in lieu of jail; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, and placed on probation for one year. She also pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 10 days in jail with 5 days suspended, with the option of performing 40 hours of community work service in lieu of jail.

Nicholas Pelaia, 34, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 25 days suspended, with the option of performing 40 hours of community work service in lieu of jail; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, ordered to pay restitution, and placed on probation for one year.

Alexsandra Efimoff, 30, Nikolaevsk, driving while license revoked.

Joshua Sieber, 26, driving under the influence, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

Christopher R. Robertson, 28, Ocoee, Fla., disorderly conduct.

Michael G. Saner, 38, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Ernest A. Beile, 34, Kenai, disorderly conduct.

Mihael "Mike" Polushkin, 23, driving while license revoked.

Richard W. Gibson, 22, fourth-degree assault, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident.

Marian J. Friedrich, 49, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Jesselee D. Altman, 18, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.
