Dillon Cooper, 19, Anchorage, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended; sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; ordered to install an ignition interlock device; and placed on probation for one year.
Nicholas P. Hyatt, 25, pleaded no contest to failure to give immediate notice of an accident. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the condition that he perform 24 hours of community work service. He was placed on probation for one year.
Christopher R. Robertson, 28, pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the condition that he perform 16 hours of community work service and report to an alcohol safety action program. He was placed on probation for one year.
