Longtime Anchor Point homesteader, Mrs. Hazel Jeanne Howard, 80, passed away Oct. 3, 2006, quietly at her home in Anchor Point. A celebration of Jeanne’s life is 3:30 p.m., Sunday, October 29, 2006, at the Anchor River Inn in Anchor Point.
