We've had Tibetan monks in town teaching us about spirituality. We have new faces in council chambers leading us forward. But we still have people leaving their dogs tied up 24/7 or letting them run loose as strays when they don't want to care for them. What's up with that? Buddy doesn't understand either. He's a stray, lonely and sad, who's looking at the world through a chain link fence. Buddy is a 2-year-old yellow lab who is gentle and loves kids, and with the right family he'll find his own canine enlightenment.
