In Brief - Set clocks back Sunday

Daylight Saving Time ends Sunday, as it does on the last Sunday of every October. Clocks should be switched back to standard time at 2 a.m. Sunday morning, or switch on Saturday night before going to bed.

Daylight Saving Time (DST) runs from April until the last week of October. Beginning in 2007, DST will become longer, ending on the first Sunday in November. Congress will later study the impact of the change, and it retains the right to revert back to current Daylight Saving Time when the study is complete, according to a Web site supported by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
