Palin will be tough on oil companies
Why did Tony Knowles wait till the last minute to file for the governor’s race? I believe the oil lobby asked him at the last minute. I think the Alaska Oil and Gas Association knew that Murkowski didn’t have a chance, so they backed Binkley. But to hedge their bets, in cased Palin really did win, they needed a known oil man from Oklahoma to run against her in the general election. They pulled Knowles’ name out of their hat.
So, if you think Knowles will be tough on the oil companies, think again. Vote Sarah Palin.
