Pet of the Week

Tabitha is a cat that knows all about that old black magic. Or brown tabby magic, as the case may be. One look into her cat eyes or exposure to her sweet, very affectionate nature and even the most unsuspecting will fall under her spell.

This spayed, 2-year-old cat has channeled her charms in a powerful way: getting along well with other cats. No need for her to be your one and only.

And that is what makes her the perfect housemate. All she needs is for you to take her home.

If you’d like to adopt a pet, call or stop by the Animal Shelter across from Public Works off the Sterling Highway. The shelter is open Tuesday-Saturday, noon to 5 p.m. Call 235-3141 for more information.
