Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Oct. 28:

Judgments

Kendall Branch, 79, charge dismissed, fourth-degree assault.

Michael J. Ramirez, 21, Anchor Point, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 57 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Frederick W. Bennett, 20, minor consuming alcohol.

Elisey E. Martusheff, 54, driving under the influence, driving while license revoked.

Benny R. Olanna, 50, fourth-degree assault.

Kari J. Mckahan, 38, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

David F. Fefelov, 25, violating a protective order.

Victor D. Shincke, 43, DUI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, driving while license suspended.

Cory Plymire, 51, Anchor Point, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, methamphetamines, a felony.

Josephine R. Mestas, 47, Kenai, driving while license suspended.

Sergei Basargin, 24, failure to appear in court.

Michael G. Matthews, 68, Brinnon, Wash., making a false statement on sport license application, taking a caribou without a nonresident tag, unlawful possession or transportation of big game, hunting without a nonresident hunting license.

Ellen K. Matthews, 66, Brinnon, Wash., making a false statement on sport license application, violation of personal use fishing permit, taking a caribou without a nonresident tag, unlawful possession or transportation of big game, hunting without a nonresident hunting license, failure to return personal use salmon harvest permit.

Ashlie M. Hetrick, 19, second-degree criminal trespass.

Bailey A. Lowney, 25, driving while license suspended.
