Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Nov. 2:

Judgments

Daniel G. Lavoie, 44, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 50 days in jail with 47 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days, ordered to install an ignition interlock device and placed on probation for one year.

Roger D. Beasley Jr., 46, Seldovia, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended; sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; ordered to install an ignition interlock device; and placed on probation for one year.

Vonifanti I. Basargin, 58, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was fined $1,000; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 120 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and placed on probation for two years.

Zachary D. McCreery, 18, pleaded guilty to concealment of merchandise. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the conditions that he perform 24 hours of community work service, pay a $50 court surcharge and not go to Save-U-More store. He was placed on probation for one year.

Thomas P. Custer, 24, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 85 days in jail with 82 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment and restitution; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days, ordered to install an ignition interlock device and placed on probation for two years.

Cases filed in Criminal Court

Fedot Konovalov, 59, Nikolaevsk, driving while license suspended.

Nikita F. Konovalov, 19, Nikolaevsk, driving while license revoked.

Blake L. Smith, 23, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, methamphetamines, felony indictment.

Shane W. Randall, 25, violating conditions of release.

Paul M. Pacheco, 45, DWLR, operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance.

Luther A. Kluchnick, 60, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Jason L. Cobbe, 19, driving under the influence.

Cases filed in Civil Court

Larry Tripp v. Jeremy J. Cook, forcible entry and detainer.

Elizabeth J. Ludvick v. John Ludvick Jr., divorce.
