Judgments

Dakota L. Zellin, 20, charges dismissed, disorderly conduct, fourth-degree assault. He pleaded guilty at his arraignment to resisting arrest. He was fined $500 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year. He also pleaded guilty to minor consuming alcohol, habitual offender. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended; had his driver's license suspended for one year with six months suspended; and ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and perform 96 hours of community work service.

Frederick C. Boden, 66, pleaded guilty to driving in violation of limitation. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 40 days in jail with 30 days suspended, with the option of performing 80 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Linda F. Smith, 66, pleaded guilty to taking a sublegal moose. She was fined $500 with $250 suspended and ordered to pay a $10 violation charge; ordered to forfeit the moose; and was placed on probation for one year.

David E. Anderson, 60, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle in an anadromous stream. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the condition that he pay a $500 fine. He was placed on probation for one year.

Victor D. Shinke, 43, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 57 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years. He also pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended, with the option of performing 80 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time.
