Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Nov. 9:

Judgments

Steven J. Attleson, 45, reckless operation of a boat, charge dismissed.

Marian J. Friedrich, 49, fourth-degree assault, charge dismissed.

Anna Enriquez-Forcier, 42, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence. She was found guilty by a jury and was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Johnny E. Pyatt, 49, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was sentenced to 270 days in jail with 180 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to provide a DNA sample, obtain a mental health evaluation and not have contact with his victims; and was placed on probation for two years.

Christopher F. McCann, 26, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to pay restitution and obtain a mental health evaluation; and was placed on probation for two years.

Maurice E. Armstrong, 43, Kotzebue, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Barton D. Cameron, 42, Seldovia, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 200 days in jail with 180 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years.
