He’s a lucky cat, too. Someone found him wandering around outside and cared enough to bring him to the shelter, where he could warm up, make friends and get a meal.
If you’d like to adopt a pet, call or stop by the Animal Shelter across from Public Works off the Sterling Highway. The shelter is open Tuesday-Saturday, noon to 2 p.m. Call 235-3141 for more information.
Eddy’s coloring is a handsome mix of orange and white. He slept a lot after he first arrived at the shelter, but now that he’s warm and fed, Eddy has been affectionately showing his appreciation for being rescued. The only thing that would make him happier is if his luck holds and someone gives him a home of his very own.
