Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Nov. 16:

Judgments

Robert A. Carr, 17, minor consuming alcohol and minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol, charges dismissed. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days at the Kenai Youth Facility with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Ryan A. Carlson, 36, negligent driving, charge dismissed. He pleaded guilty to driving without insurance. He was fined $500.

Cory B. Grimes, 24, Tucson, Ariz., pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year. He also pleaded guilty to failure to appear in court and was fined $500.

Joshua Sieber, 27, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for two years.

Cases filed in Criminal Court

Darrel W. Vandergriff, 45, fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Ivan Z. Encelewski, 32, failure to give immediate notice of an accident.

Samuel Hanson, 27, first-degree failure to stop at the direction of a police officer, a felony; driving under the influence.
