Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Nov. 19:

Cases filed in Criminal Court

Gil R. Griffin, 45, driving under the influence, Zolpidem; reckless endangerment, two counts.

Kristan Norman, 18, Port Graham, minor consuming alcohol.

Johnathon M. Miller, 29, third-degree assault, domestic violence, two counts, a felony; reckless endangerment.

Stephen R. Dilley II, 32, third-degree assault, domestic violence, two counts, a felony; reckless endangerment; violating a protective order.

Tyler J. Peters, 23, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, second-degree criminal trespass.

Trisha S. McCauley, 19, fraudulent use of an access device, a felony.

Judgments

Jeffery A. Evans, 44, resisting arrest, first-degree harassment, fourth-degree assault, charges dismissed. He pleaded guilty to another charge of fourth-degree assault. He was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 280 days in jail with 270 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, provide a DNA sample and not have contact with Michael McComack; and was placed on probation for two years. He also pleaded guilty to first-degree harassment and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended.

Naomi W. Klouda, 48, driving under the influence, refusal to submit to a chemical test, charges dismissed. She pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. She was fined $2,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had her driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Carl A. Moonin, 29, Seldovia, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 290 days in jail with 270 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years.

Kasie M. Cole, 32, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Janelle Gassler, 24, pleaded guilty to not having vehicle insurance. She was fine $500 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Linda M. Jones, 54, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Devon L. Sisk, 18, pleaded no contest to minor consuming alcohol. He was fined $600 with $400 suspended, with the option of satisfying the fine by performing community work service at the rate of $6.25 an hour, ordered to attend an alcohol information school and placed on probation for one year.

Vladimir E. Reutov, 19, pleaded no contest to minor consuming alcohol. He was fined $600 with $100 suspended, with the option of satisfying the fine by performing community work service at the rate of $6.25 an hour, ordered to attend an alcohol information school and placed on probation for one year.

Darrel W. Vandergriff, 45, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.
