Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Nov. 28

Judgments

Sheila L. Brooks, 49, Soldotna, charge dismissed, avoidance of ignition interlock device. She pleaded guilty at her arraignment to driving under the influence. She was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 160 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver's license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years.

Garret W. Brooks, 20, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Sarah K. Kirk, 22, pleaded guilty to criminal nonsupport. She was ordered to pay a $50 police training surcharge.

Robert S. Haverman, 48, pleaded guilty to not having a valid operator's license. He was fined $150 and ordered to pay a $50 police training surcharge.

Michaela J. Franklin, 16, pleaded no contest to minor consuming alcohol. Imposition of sentence was suspended and she was referred to the Kenai Peninsula Youth Court.

Dylan T. Williams, 17, pleaded guilty to minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol. He was fined $500, ordered to pay a $10 court charge and ordered to complete 20 hours of community work service. He also pleaded guilty to minor consuming alcohol. Imposition of sentence was suspended and he was referred to the Kenai Peninsula Youth Court.

Criminal Court

Katelin A. Kuklis, 19, fraudulent use of an access device, 10 counts, felony indictment.

Randall L. Igou, 21, driving while license revoked.

Chad T. Kuryla, 42, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Ilya Kuzmin, 37, third-degree theft.

Onicefor Basargin, 25, violating conditions of release.

Kirk Medak, 55, third-degree assault, a felony, fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Michael Lasiter, 37, failure to appear in court.

Coty S. Dumont, 19, failure to appear in court.

Zenovei M. Martushoff, 28, driving under the influence, driving in violation of instructional permit.

Memery B. Alman, 44, DUI, refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Maxim Gostevskyh, 31, fourth-degree assault, two counts

Civil Court

In the matter of Paul D. Moonin and Elizabeth A. Kvasnikoff, dissolution of marriage.

Harold Shepherd v. South Peninsula Hospital, wrongful death.
