Project GRAD Kenai Peninsula has received $25,000 in support of its efforts in Ninilchik and Tyonek. The support comes from the Cook Inlet Region, Inc. Golf Classic. Project GRAD, one of five beneficiaries of this year’s tournament, has been working in seven villages in the Kenai Peninsula Borough School District since 2003, implementing math, reading and classroom management programs and providing scholarships to the students in the schools.
