Water/sewer fund up 17 percent

includes increases over 2006 of:

• $131,304 for PERS;

• $22,466 for 2 percent COLA increase (may go to 3 percent);

• $104,952 for new employees;

• $165,088 for general fund allocation;

• $487,767 total.

Port and Harbor Fund up 10 percent

includes increases over 2006 of:

• $133,388 for PERS;

• $24,665 for 2 percent COLA increase (may go to 3 percent);

• $32,792 for maintenance and operations;

• $45,375 for general fund allocation;

• $308,474 total.
