Jordan R. Ferguson, 29, Ninilchik, charges dismissed, first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor. He was arraigned for driving under the influence, driving while license revoked and driving while license suspended interlock ignition device restriction.

Shannon L. Schrader, 47, Anchor Point, pleaded guilty to second-degree theft. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the conditions that she pay a $100 correctional facilities surcharge, perform 240 hours of community work service, apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend and pay restitution, and not contact her victim, his business and other employees at the business. She was placed on probation for two years.

Mark C. Reutov, 17, minor consuming alcohol.

Vladimir I. Kalugin, 18, minor consuming alcohol.

Justin D. Frazier, 20, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Cody J. Shealy, 18, no motor vehicle liability insurance.

Christopher F. McCann, 28, third-degree assault, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, cocaine, felony indictment.

Kirk M. Medak, 55, third-degree assault, felony indictment.
