Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Dec. 7:

Judgments

Robert E. Thompson, 49, driving under the influence, charge dismissed.

Johnny E. Pyatt, 49, fourth-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief, violating conditions of release, charges dismissed.

Joshua S. Moore, 23, first-degree burglary, charge dismissed.

Timothy M. Taylor, 23, first-degree burglary, charge dismissed.

Jason C. Hoffman, 31, fourth-degree theft, charge dismissed.

Matthew E. Fitzgerald, 45, refusal to submit to a chemical test, charge dismissed. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 100 days in jail with 80 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for two years.

Nicholas Pelaia, 35, no vehicle insurance, charge dismissed. He pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 140 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend and pay restitution; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for three years.

Richard W. Gibson, 23, fourth-degree assault, reckless driving, charges dismissed. He pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident. He was fined $2,000 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to pay restitution; and was placed on probation for two years.

Kristin Norman, 18, pleaded guilty to minor consuming alcohol, second offense. Norman was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended, with the option of satisfying the fine by doing community work service at $6.25 an hour; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Robert A. Tucker, 54, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Michael Jovanov, 22, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund; and was placed on probation for two years.

Jim Bo Schreiner, 25, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 300 days in jail with 240 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for three years.

Eric W. Smyth, 42, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 60 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Lara Basargin, 22, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver's license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years.

Cecil Moonin, 34, pleaded guilty to third-degree attempted criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 300 days in jail with 240 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to complete residential alcohol treatment for up to 60 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Travis J. Werba, 18, pleaded guilty to minor consuming alcohol. He was fined $600 with $400 suspended, with the option of performing community work service at the rate of $6.25 an hour to satisfy the fine; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; and was placed on probation for one year.

Avery M. Ault, 20, pleaded guilty to minor consuming alcohol. He was fined $600 with $400 suspended, with the option of performing community work service at the rate of $6.25 an hour to satisfy the fine; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; and was placed on probation for one year.

Donald S. Alvord, 28, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended, with the option of performing 80 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
