For four years I studied Christian theology at a Canadian university. In sacred symmetry, God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit are neither different nor the same. They are three in one and one in three. Thus, the philology of time, space, energy creates endless thought.
Time today shall be our primary subject matter. Time involves a period during which something exists or continues. It is a universally abstract, yet real concept. Essence, in turn, substantially describes beingness and/or character in our dualistic world. Time can never be halted, for creatively it has eternal existence. And only God is our creator.
On earth, humanity evolves and operates apparently through temporary time, measured space and tangible energy. Man is born and dies in a certain destiny of time. In the interim man’s wisdom grows with age. Allow me to reference my Homer News letter: “Let’s seek wisdom together.”
At the outset of 2007, we shall locally explore how wisdom involves knowledge and experience that grow with age. Likewise our spiritual, mental and physical health are contingent upon time. Time, then, is of the essence. Amongst others, man grows by time-framed planning and organization. We must learn to look at a seed planted tree, how, like oneself, it grows from the inside out but only in time. Yes, like time, man can neither stop nor rush it lest he destructs nature. It is also necessary to discover how man can travel to one’s innermost self, as practiced in Buddhism and Taoism.
Further, one ought to basically grasp how a human entity retroversely orbits out of its inner soul and mind levels to its somatic or physical body, then the outer world. Only in wisdom, as one grows older, a life of bad and benevolent times can become pathetically simple and enjoyable. Man then endeavors to step out of his earthly time hamlet into the timeless haven of God Himself.
Remember the invisible footsteps by the seashore when God carries you through difficult times. A Guru once told me in Banff, Alberta: “Have faith and time shall open your heart.”
