Obituary
Timothy William Scott Folkers, 37, died Dec. 10, 2004, as a result of an accident in Anchorage. A memorial is at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 19, 2004, at Refuge Chapel on Ocean Drive. A celebration of his life is at 2 p.m. Dec. 28, 2004, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Rock Falls, Ill.
