It's been said that size doesn't matter. Most Great Danes and German Shepherds disagree, but If you weigh about 10 pounds and are smaller than a breadbox, then size is just a state of mind. Chen knows that what he lacks in size he makes up for in personality. He's a 2-year-old Shih Tzu, an Oriental breed much honored for its loyalty and dignity. They are often called "little lions" because of their long manes of fur. Chen is a bit timid at first, but he comes around nicely and he gets along great with other dogs and even with cats. He is also very patient when being groomed which is a good thing since Chen's beautiful black-and-white fur coat will need to be groomed and/or trimmed.
