Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Dec. 14:

Judgments

Daniel Soger, 25, first-degree burglary, fourth-degree assault, charges dismissed.

Latroye L. Williams, 31, second-degree criminal trespass, Nov. 28 incident, charge dismissed. He pleaded guilty at his arraignment to a Dec. 4 charge of second-degree criminal trespass. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 30 days in jail with 25 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and not have contact with his victim or visit the Dolphin Village apartments; and was placed on probation for one year.

Kostas N. Bairamis, 21, pleaded guilty to negligent driving. He was fined $300 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Cases filed in Criminal Court

Jaclyn N. Dale, 21, Soldotna, first-degree burglary, second-degree theft, both felonies; third-degree forgery, attempted third-degree theft, fourth-degree theft.

George T. Babcock, 47, Omaha, Neb., driving under the influence.

Chaunce C. Hoxie, 20, Anchor Point, minor consuming alcohol.

Raven Rainwater, 15, Anchor Point, MCA.

Max A. Cragan, 42, driving while license revoked.

Palagayia P. Basargin, 25, driving without an operator's license.
