On the question of putting the idea of “Intelligent Design” into our schools’ science classes: The real issue in this matter is quite simple. Do we want free human thought to continue to flourish in our schools, or do we want to suppress it?

Have you noticed lately on the news how other countries are starting to lead the world in new scientific discoveries while our current government and president, it seems, are backing ideology that leaves us lacking in competition? This will seriously affect the future of our country and our youth, economically and educationally.

Let’s keep religion in religion classes and scientific, investigative thought in science classes, not stifle it.
