Dellan S. Vanbuskirk, 24, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $1,500 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for three years. He also pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and ordered to not contact his victim.

John J. Ellis, 56, Anchor Point, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 100 days in jail with 97 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Raymond Fomin, 60, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was sentenced to 190 days in jail with 180 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100; ordered to attend domestic violence intervention program at South Peninsula Haven House, an alcohol safety action program and to not contact his victim; and was placed on probation for one year.
