29 of those 174 individuals were children, who also were given Christmas gifts

261 bell-ringing hours at kettles

"It's been sporadic," said gift wrapping coordinator Jackie Norvell. "Sometimes we're bored, sometimes we're slammed. When it rains, it pours. But it's not 4 p.m. Christmas Eve."
