Dec. 19

A woman at 8:45 a.m. reported a bicyclist on East End Road causing a traffic hazard.

A caller at 10:09 a.m. reported a person she believed to be an unregistered sex offender at an East End Road business.

A caller at 10:45 a.m. asked police to do a welfare check on a combative woman at a local group home. Police responded and transported the woman to South Peninsula Hospital.

Police at 11:43 a.m. recovered a stolen vehicle.

A man at 12:30 p.m. came to the police station with a dog he said needed to be taken to animal control.

A caller at 1:10 p.m. reported a ladder in the middle of the Homer Spit Road.

A man at 4:03 p.m. flagged down an officer on Greatland Street to report a man hunting in city limits.

A caller at 5:49 p.m. reported a woman causing a disturbance at an Ocean Drive address. The woman left before police arrived.

A man at 6:07 p.m. asked police to do a welfare check on his possibly suicidal father. Police contacted the father and found he was OK.

A person at 6:14 p.m. made a 911 call that a driver in a white truck with a snowplow drove erratically on Kachemak Drive.

A person at 7:01 p.m. made a 911 call of a driver in a small white or tan pickup truck driving slowly on Pioneer Avenue.

Dec. 20

A caller at 1:19 a.m. reported excessive and unwanted phone calls coming in for a guest at a Sterling Highway hotel.

A woman at 8:53 a.m. reported being threatened by an ex-partners.

A woman at 11:42 a.m. reported a heated dispute over dog ownership at a Fairview Avenue home.

A person at 10:17 p.m. made a 911 call of a dispute with another person at a Svedlund Street address.

Dec. 21

Police at midnight issued a "be on the lookout" for a rolling domestic dispute.

A woman at 1:04 a.m. reported a man refused to leave a Pioneer Avenue bar. Police responded and arrested a 51-year-old man for trespassing.

A caller at 2:26 p.m. reported a man and a woman arguing in a Pioneer Avenue parking lot.

A man at 4:11 p.m. reported a possibly suicidal woman. Police located the woman and found she was OK.

A woman at 6:15 p.m. reported being threatened by a man from out of town.

A caller at 6:49 p.m. reported a man buying alcohol for juveniles.

A man at 7:41 p.m. reported his ex-wife repeatedly called and yelled at him.

A woman at 8:11 p.m. reported her son was missing. The son later returned home safe.

A man at 8:22 p.m. reported hearing a dozen gunshots in the West Highland Avenue area. Police responded but couldn't find anything.

A caller at 11:11 p.m. reported young men prowling around in the Ocean Drive Loop area for the past few nights.

Dec. 22

Police at 12:28 a.m. contacted a 20-year-old man trying to get into a Pioneer Avenue bar. Police issued the suspect a six-month trespass notice and cited him for minor consuming alcohol.

A man at 2:49 a.m. reported a drunk woman walking down Pioneer Avenue. Police saw the woman enter her home OK.
