Every moment of time precious

J. Mason once wrote: “As every thread of gold is valuable, so is every moment of time.”

Time is generically a state of being but expressly an interval comprising a “limited and continuous action.”

In a recent article I expounded the anatomy and physiology of the trio harmonics, namely “Time - Space - Energy.” I therein elucidated their ceaseless and inseparable codescendency and coexistence. In essence neither can exist without the other due to their intra- and interdependence. Likewise I wrote an article on stress, the principal cause of death and how it is easily healed, if properly recognized and treated.

Today let us tread a step more deeply, shortly exploring the direct link between time and stress. Time is a constant; one can neither halt nor press on. Seneca, a senator of the Roman Empire, stated, “Virtue revels in the Center.” The center balance of time can be found only in the existing moment of “limited” time.

Beyond that infinitesimally small iota or holy instant of time, I call the spark of life, man can neither live nor apperceive what happens “continuously.” The moment a man becomes sluggish he halts his progress in heart and soul. He causes stress. The moment a man becomes a fugitive in running ahead or hurrying he falters. He causes stress.

For years after leaving the Roman Catholic priesthood I ardently studied and thoroughly experience the “Healing Tao” system, mostly in Thailand. Taoism is the nearly 8,000-year-old foundation of Chinese medicine and philosophy, undermined by Hinduism and Buddhism. Master Mantak Chia brought the Taoism to the West. In his book, “Transform Stress into Vitality,” he asserts: “Though spiritual in its foundation, the Healing Tao is not a religion. It is compatible with all religions as well as with agnosticism and atheism.”

Acts 17:3 proves and accepts the Messiah: “This Jesus whom I proclaim to you is the Christ.” Personally I believe that Christ, while on earth 29 A.D., was a Taoist, teaching a life of balance and equanimity.

To conclude my discourse I realize in my body, mind and soul that “proper timing is worth a thread of gold.” Improper timing causes blockages of energy, producing stress or injury to one organ, gland or system. It weakens the entire body, ultimately causing death.
