He was fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 82 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and a domestic-violence intervention program; ordered to provide a DNA sample and have no contact with his victim; and was placed on probation for one year.
James L. Ardenia, 32, pleaded no contest to not having auto insurance. He was fined $500.
Christopher G. Stuart, 22, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 57 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
