There were no Homer Police activity logs for this week.

Troopers

April 21

At 12:35 p.m., Alaska State Troopers responded to a residence near Mile 143 Sterling Hwy. in Ninilchik following a report that a 35-year-old Ninilchik man had broke out a window of a family member’s vehicle and had assaulted another family member. The man fled the scene prior to AST arrival. Charges of domestic violence-related fourth-degree assault and domestic violence-related third-degree criminal mischief were forwarded with an warrant request.

John Q. Wilson, 23, driving with license canceled, revoked or suspended for a criminal offense, violating conditions of release and no motor vehicle liability insurance.

Valerie K. Mcdole, 32, driving with license canceled, revoked or suspended with a prior conviction.

Erin J. Kim, 23, violating a stalking or sexual assault protective order.

Tammy D. Lee, 57, driving under the influence.

Matthew D. Dickerson, 54, domestic violence-related third-degree assault.
