Anchor Point Fire and Emergency Services

Dec. 14-20

Firefighters and emergency medical technicians went to four medical calls and two fire calls.

Homer Volunteer Fire Department

Dec. 14-20

Firefighters and emergency medical technicians went to 12 medical calls and one fire call.

Homer Police

Dec. 15

Homer Police at 9:53 p.m. responded to a disturbance. Following an investigation, they arrested a 41-year-old Homer man for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, and took him to the Homer Jail.

Troopers

Nov. 19

Alaska State Troopers at 9:41 a.m. received a call from an Anchor Point woman reporting a domestic violence assault. Troopers investigated and determined another woman had assaulted the caller and interfered with a report of domestic violence. While being interviewed, the alleged assailant also yanked the door off an oven and threw it at a kitchen cabinet. Troopers arrested the woman for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, interfering with a report of domestic violence and fourth-degree criminal mischief, domestic violence. The woman was taken to the Homer Jail.

Dec. 17

Troopers at 1:55 a.m. recieved a report of a stolen vehicle in the Fritz Creek area. Following an investigation, troopers charged a 31-year-old Homer woman with first-degree vehicle theft.

Kathleen M. Bowen, 63, second-degree theft, firearms, a felony, Ninilchik.

Scott D. Williams, 41, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, Homer.

John M. Einfeldt Jr., 48, third-degree assault, a felony, fifth-degree criminal mischief, both domestic violence related, Ninilchik.

David F. Fefelov, 34, attempted first-degree murder, first-degree arson, third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault, all felonies, Nov. 13 case, Homer; third-degree criminal mischief, a felony; all domestic violence related.
