Anchor Point Fire and Emergency Services

Dec. 21-27

Firefighters and emergency medical technicians went to six medical calls.

Kachemak Emergency Services

Dec. 21-28

Firefighters and emergency medical technicians went to three medical calls.

Homer Police

Dec. 24

Homer Police received a report of a shoplifter. Police responded and later contacted the suspect, a 45-year-old Homer woman, and arrested her for violating conditions of release, second-degree criminal trespassing and fourth-degree theft. She was booked and lodged at the Homer Jail.

Dec. 27

Homer Police received a report of a domestic disturbance. Police responded and arrested a 56-year-old Oregon man for felony criminal mischief, domestic violence, and lodged him at the Homer Jail.

Marco A. Ramirez, 42, first-degree burglary, second-degree theft of firearms, second-degree theft, all felonies; first-dgree criminal trespass, violating condition of release for a felony, Homer.

Terressa C. Reid, 44, fourth-degree theft, Homer.

Domnin V. Martushev, 48, violating condition of release for a felony, Anchor Point.

Klaudia Snegirev, 55, driving under the influence, refusal to submit to a chemical test, Anchor Point.

Stacey A. Anderson, 45, fourth-degree theft, second-degree criminal trespass, violating conditions of release for a misdemeanor, Homer.

Michael E. Dietz, 56, third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, Homer.

Promise D. Chipps, 23, violating conditions of release for a misdemeanor. Homer.
