Western Emergency Services

April 19-25

Firefighters and emergency medical technicians went to eight medical calls and one fire call.

Homer Volunteer Fire Department

April 19-25

Firefighters and emergency medical technicians went to 14 medical calls and three fire calls.

Kachemak Emergency Services

April 19-25

Firefighters and emergency medical technicians went to nine medical calls and three fire calls.

Homer Police

April 21

Homer Police arrested a 39-year-old Homer man for violating conditions of release. He was taken to the Homer Jail.

Alaska State Troopers

April 21

Kodiak Alaska Wildlife Troopers cited a 22-year-old Eagle River man for commercial fishing without a commercial fishing license in possession. They also cited the vessel’s owner, a 58-year-old Homer man, for employing an unlicensed crew member. Bail for both citations was set at $270.

Bradley N. Sheffield, 50, DUI, Anchor Point case.

Matthew S. Botello, 29, DUI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, violating conditions of release, Homer cases.

Brad E. Day, 46, DUI, Homer case.

Damian I.J. Kerr, 18, DUI, Homer case.

Andrei V. Martishev, 23, DUI, fifth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, no motor vehicle liability insurance, Anchor Point cases.
