Judgments
DeLee Iona Smith, 47, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. Smith was fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had a driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.
Robert L. Bain, 59, pleaded guilty to furnishing alcohol to a person under age 21. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the condition that he spend five days in jail or perform 40 hours of community work service in lieu of jail time. He was ordered to pay a $250 fine and $50 to support the Police Training Fund and was placed on probation for one year.
