Judgments

Naomi W. Klouda, 52, charges dismissed, refusal to submit to a chemical test, assault on a police officer, fifth-degree criminal mischief. She pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless driving. She was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and comply with screening recommendations which can include residential treatment to be credited to suspended jail time; had her driver’s license revoked for 30 days; and was placed on probation for two years. She pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended. She also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended.

Allan J. Sherman, 25, pleaded guilty to sportfish guide permitting a violation by a client. He was fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Misti L. McLay, 27, pleaded guilty taking a sublegal moose. She was fined $1,500 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund; ordered to forfeit moose meat and antlers seized; ordered to forfeit a Browning rifle or pay $500 as an additional fine to redeem it; and ordered to complete a hunter education course before obtaining a hunting license.

Criminal Court

Ashley R. Dour, 26, first-degree promoting contraband, second-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, heroin, conspiracy to commit second-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, heroin; felony indictment.

Patrick deLumeau, 20, first-degree promoting contraband, conspiracy to commit second-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, heroin; felony indictment.
