Wendell Ezell, 54, pleaded guilty to taking an overlimit of halibut. He was fined $300; ordered to pay $10 to support the Police Training Fund, and ordered to forfeit fish seized and pay restitution.

Criminal Court

Samuel D. Neace, 23, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence; second-degree criminal trespass.

Tiffani L. Couch, 20, fourth-degree assault, second-degree criminal trespass.

Curtis A. Myers, 55, driving under the influence, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Aliesha L. Ottobre, 23, furnishing alcoholic beverages to a person under age 21 by licensee.

John R. Bunnell, 19, DUI.

Kathryn R. Frutiger, 25, Bethel, DUI.

Royce M. Holm, 29, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, a felony; driving while license revoked, driving without motor vehicle insurance, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Timothy K. Igou, 27, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, third-degre misconduct involving a controlled substance, two counts, felony indictment.

Jeremy B. Hawk, 41, third-degree assault, two counts, felony indictment.

Anthony A. Hays, 60, second-degree assault, two counts, felony indictment.

Zachary R. Willer, 26, second-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, felony indictment.

Robert D. Webb, 28, violating conditons or release, resisting arrest.

Civil Court

Capital One Bank v. Karen Corbell, debt.

In the matter of Margaret A. Courtney and Devon M. Seward, dissolution of marriage.

Donna A. Girard et al. v. Candace B. Deutsch et al., petition for custody.

Small Claims
