Darin Baines, 21, charges dismissed, first-degree harassment, fourth-degree assault.

Lee John Henry, 51, charge dismissed, violating conditions of release. He pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespassing. He was sentenced to 45 days in jail; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $50 jail surcharge. He also pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance and was fined $150.

Caleb S. Mathis, 26, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Cory C. Reynolds, 26, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless driving. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the conditions that he pay a $300 fine and provide a DNA sample on request. He was placed on probation for one year.

Gus R. Ukatish Jr., 20, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-degree harassment. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.

Ross A. Allen 24, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless driving. He was sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 30 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Ulita T. Kalugin, 28, pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release. She was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.

Richard W. Gibson III, 26, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree theft. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend and pay restitution; ordered not to go to the Homer Safeway; and was placed on probation for one year.

Vicki L. Johnson, 47, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Vivian J. Ukatish, 40, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-degree harassment. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.

Michael D. Mobley, 23, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle with screen device operating. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.

Maude Halbur, 37, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. She was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; ordered not to consume, possess or use any controlled substances; and was placed on probation for two years. She also pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; and had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days. She also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended. She also pleaded guilty to fifth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance and was sentenced to 35 days in jail with 30 days suspended.

Samuel C. Reece, 19, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was fined $500 and ordered to forfeit items seized. He also pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Thomas M. Nolcini, 53, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Joseph A. Kent, 57, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the condition that he perform 24 hours of community work service. He was placed on probation for one year.

Samuel D. Neace, 23, pleaded guilty to failure to give immediate notice of an accident. He was fined $200 with $200 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.

William T. Johnson, 46, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Kiflyn M. Bradley, 55, pleaded guilty to third-degree theft. She was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 50 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to be at Save-U-More; and was placed on probation for two years.

Michael C. Wallace, 20, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund; and ordered to forfeit items seized.
