Kimberly A. Logan, 28, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. She was sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.

Criminal Court

David N. Martin, 48, failure to give notice of an accident.

Forest W. Bond, 28, first-degree burglary, second-degree theft.

Thomas James, 67, driving under the influence.

Alcohol Underage

Mark C. McGregor, 20, minor consuming and possessing alcohol.
